I am the administrator and programmer to this opportunity. The most important aspect of the system is that all earnings are generated by sales. Various pay-structures are used to distribute up to 97% of sales in a cycling manner which generates profits for EVERYONE. The system does not sell. Here is a brief description of each module, the services rendered, costs and earnings plan.

As a participating member you are automatically entered to earn from several programs

Each module has its own independent plan and you do not have to participate to earn, but if you do, your earnings will increase.

The ultimate goal is to participate in all the modules and receive earnings from over 100 different directions. Escalating gets easier as you go, being that you can pay for services with generated profits.


MegaReplicator (MR) - This module manages Google-type text ads. Behaves like a doubler, but unlike a doubler, it does NOT stop. It has been running for 2 years now and spots are $1, $2, $5, $10, $20 and $50. The longest line ($1) is now almost an unheard of 21,000 un-cycled spots!

EVERYONE participates either paying or using bonuses given by Mega. Some other differences to doublers are...

The following 3 modules use or exclusive dual-matrix system which ensure high profits in a short time. The concept is totally radical and there is NO OTHER system in existence that utilizes the distribution mechanism. (Currently being patented).


There are major flaws with matrix and straight-line systems which hurt all participating members. These flaws which I list here are all ELIMINATED in these systems.

1- In a matrix system, only the first members really benefit. As the matrix grows, the chances of EARNING diminish.
These systems are LINEAR (like doublers) so everyone earns in turn.

2- In a matrix system, the fat-cats at top receive the earnings and do nothing for those at the bottom.
These systems cycle. Anyone exiting with earnings re-enters at the end of the line. There is no get-paid and run.

3- In a matrix system, spots are filled my members making it harder to fill new spots.
In these systems the spots are not filled by users. They are filled by purchases. Each participating member is GUARANTEED to purchase over and over again for as long as they are members and their # of spots WILL increase constantly.

4- In a linear system (doubler), when 2 purchases are made one gets paid and never comes back.
In these systems when 2 purchases are made, 1 cycles and 5 get paid bonuses and commissions.

5- In a linear system (doubler), everyone enters and exits in order, discouraging members with lines gradually getting longer.
In these systems, everyone enters and exits in order, however if you have followers (personal invites) whenever any 2 purchases are made by these people or 2 of their positions cycle, you also cycle immediately, REGARDLESS of your current spot position. you can be last in a line of 2,000 cycle immediately. Cycling by referral purchases can also create a domino effect in which a single purchase cause many to cycle and many more to get paid.


6- In a Matrix system you are bound to be under your sponsors all the time.
These systems allow you to activate under your sponsors while they can follow YOU (as your referrals!) and earn bonuses and commissions form the earnings they*help you generate!

These systems are currently being enhanced with a profit-sharing pool which will distribute monthly additional earnings to all participating members with a paid membership, regardless of whether they spend or cycle during the month.
